Voel het schip heen en weer schommelen, hoor de wind door het tuigje Zuchten
De zachte oceaan klinkt beneden, een piraat slaapliedje
Stormen stijgen op op de zee terwijl de wolken zich ophopen.
Zie de zeilen beginnen te strekken als de wind uit de hemel valt
Golven rollen en gooien het schip ruwweg van kant naar kant
Proef het zout op je lippen van de woede van het getij
Pak de luiken, batten neer als golven ze kammen de boog
Hoofdzeil furl, beveilig het dek anders zou elke man kunnen verdrinken
Laat het anker vallen, berijd de storm, en bid met al je kracht.
Voel donder klap en razend hart terwijl je Vecht voor je leven
De Storm verdwijnt en vervaagt als de wolken met Zuchten wegdrijven.
Zie op hoog, de Azure tint, van zachte zachte blauwe luchten
Golven vallen en kalmte gaat alles, de zee rolt nu lichtjes
Proef de geur van zee en zweet, als de wind zachtjes waait
Pak de touwen en hijs de zeilen het is terug naar bakboord
Het hoofdzeil wordt groot en vol, binnenkort zult u op droge grond
Licht het anker, draai het wiel, deze dag of de natuur wint
Voel de zee, de kust van de oceaan, je bent weer op weg.
