It’s this field of energy that we carry around.
We can perceive the emotional quality in that field.
Usually we carry it around for years, and years, and years
of our lives, that it’s a completely normal sensation
and it cycles in fluctuations.
We think they are our normal cycles of fluctuations.
So we don’t perceive it as something separate from us when that field is agitated with anger, or jealousy.
We say I’m jealous, I’m angry
and we don’t notice that, that field is energy.
We’re thinking as that it’s us.

Dus we zien het niet als iets apart van ons als dat veld opgewonden is van woede, of jaloezie.
We zeggen dat ik jaloers ben, ik ben boos.
en dat merken we niet, dat veld is energie.
We denken dat wij het zijn.
