Bill Jackson was een arme oude dub.
Die lid werd van de Darktown Poker Club
Maar vervloekt de dag dat hij hen vertelde dat hij zou toetreden.
Zijn geld ging altijd alsof het vleugels had.
Als hij koninginnen schreeuwde, had iemand koningen.
En elke nacht droeg hij al zijn geld bij
Toen zei hij dat ik ze vanavond strak ga spelen.
Hij zei dat er geen opvliegers zouden zijn.

En hij speelde ze strak, maar verloor zijn stapel
En Bill werd boos na een tijdje.
