Voor affectie

Je hebt radio 's, tijdschriften en auto' s.
En er zijn overal telefoons en boeken.
Maar gewone oude affectie zit daar in de hoek
En er staat:
"Hmm het is alsof ze vergeten zijn dat ik er ben»
Je weet dat er lef voor nodig is om uit te reiken en affectie te proberen.
Op mensen die misschien je aanraking willen, maar je kunt het niet zeggen.
Want ze kunnen lachen en dat is als afwijzing
En dat zal je waarschijnlijk niet leuk vinden.
Maar ik zeg:

Als iedereen bang blijft worden
