God has a race for each one of us to run.
It’s not a race we run by ourselves.
He sent us a Helper, the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit will help us at all times, if we let Him.
He will prompt us at times, warn us at times, comfort us and make sure we are
doing the right thing and making the right decisions.
He knows everything we need to know to get us to that finish line.
The one thing we must do when running God’s race is to stay the course,
no matter what it feels like, no matter what it looks like and no matter how
long it takes.
Stay the course.
Why do some of us feel like we never reach that finish line?
Most of the time it’s because we don’t stay the course.
Either we get tired, we get bored, or maybe we get scared, etc.
Whatever the reason is, it’s because we step off the course that God has for us,
maybe to see if there is an easier way or quicker route.
God says to stay the course…
don’t try to make it happen quicker.
Don’t try to find an easier way.
Run with endurance and finish the race.

God heeft een race voor ieder van ons.
Het is geen race die we alleen doen.
Hij stuurde ons een Helper, de Heilige Geest.
De Heilige Geest zal ons te allen tijde helpen, als we hem toestaan.
Hij zal ons soms waarschuwen, ons geruststellen en ervoor zorgen dat we
het juiste doen en de juiste beslissingen nemen.
Hij weet alles wat we moeten weten om ons bij de finish te krijgen.
Het enige wat we moeten doen als we Gods race leiden is op koers blijven.,
het maakt niet uit hoe het voelt, het maakt niet uit hoe het eruit ziet en het maakt niet uit hoe
dat duurt lang.
Blijf op koers.
Waarom hebben sommigen het gevoel dat we nooit de finish halen?
Meestal is het omdat we niet op koers blijven.
Of we worden moe, we vervelen ons, of misschien worden we bang, enz.
Wat de reden ook is, het is omdat we uit de koers stappen die God voor ons heeft,
misschien om te zien of er een makkelijkere manier of snellere route is.
God zegt dat we op koers moeten blijven.…
probeer het niet sneller te laten gebeuren.
Probeer geen makkelijkere manier te vinden.
Ren met uithoudingsvermogen en finish de race.
