Ik hoop dat ik het weer kan hopen.
Zo begint het.
Een licht in de verte ... een geur op de wind
Om te geloven dat ik weer kan geloven
In de grootste dingen
In wat het verleden heeft genomen
In wat de toekomst brengt
Hoe vaak kan ik die heuvel nog beklimmen?
Hoop je te vinden wat ik niet zeker weet?
Ik dacht dat ik diep zou graven, maar Ik zal nog dieper graven.
Om mijn weg terug naar de bron te vinden
Hoe vaak kan ik die last dragen?
Door dezelfde vallei en langs dezelfde weg?
Zo vaak als mijn hart zal gaan
Vind mijn weg terug naar de bron... terug naar de bron
Dus ik probeer het opnieuw te proberen.
Ondanks alles wat er eerder is gebeurd
Alleen een dwaas of een held zou teruggaan voor meer.
Ik hoop dat ik het weer kan hopen, want ik weet geen andere manier.
