I’m hunting for my Gyarados;
I think it’s in Mount Moon.
It’s spooky and ill-lit in here;
I hope I find it soon…
I’d light this place with a Pokémon,
if I had one that knew Flash.
All I’ve got with me is a Magikarp,
and it knows nothing but Splash…
Now I’m searching for my Gyardos,
but I think I may be lost.
And I know I should’ve bought an Escape Rope,
but I couldn’t afford the cost.
Now it’s dark and it’s cold and it smells of mold.
Get a hold of yourself, old chap,
For it dawns on me that I brought with me my trusty Mount Moon Map-
What a hideous beast with big ears and teeth!
And that Zubat stole my map!
Now I fear that I may be here to die;
it appears I might be trapped…
And I think that I may now starve to death,
'cause I’m feeling faint and famished.
All I’ve got to eat is some bread and meat,
but at least I brought this sandwich-
I’m stranded in a cave with the Zubats here,
and they’re growing quite annoying!
'Cause they took my sandwich and they took my map,
which they seem to be enjoying…
Now I can’t go forward and I can’t go back;
all these bats make me want to yell!
But I still have the key that’s defending me:
it’s a bottle of Repel-
Now I’m running through a cave from a Zubat pack,
and I can’t see where I’m going!
And those darn Zubats tried to snatch my hat,
but I’ve no intent of slowing!
And I hurt myself cause I’m so confused,
now my forehead aches like crazy.
In the corner of my eye, I see a creepy shadow guy, so then I cry out,
«PLEASE COME SAVE ME!»
I don’t care anymore about my Gyarados,
'cause I’m running from Zubatman,
And his squadron of bats wearing maps and hats,
and I’m wheezing like a fat man.
This whole cave’s full of death and these demon spawn are the worst things on the planet!
And to anyone whoever loved Zubats…
You can take Mount Moon and CRAM IT.
Songtekstvertaling
Ik ben op zoek naar mijn Gyarados.;
Ik denk in Mount Moon.
Het is hier griezelig en slecht verlicht.;
Ik hoop dat ik het snel vind.…
Ik steek deze plek aan met een Pokémon.,
als ik er een had die Flash kende.
Ik heb alleen een Magikarp bij me.,
en het weet niets anders dan Splash…
Nu ben ik op zoek naar mijn Gyardos,
maar ik denk dat ik verdwaald ben.
En ik weet dat ik een Ontsnappingskoord had moeten kopen.,
maar ik kon de kosten niet betalen.
Nu is het donker en koud en ruikt het naar schimmel.
Beheers je, ouwe jongen.,
Want het dringt tot me door dat ik mijn betrouwbare Maankaart heb meegenomen-
Wat een afschuwelijk beest met grote oren en tanden.
En die Zubat heeft mijn kaart gestolen!
Nu vrees ik dat ik hier ben om te sterven.;
het lijkt erop dat ik gevangen zit.…
En ik denk dat ik nu kan verhongeren.,
want ik voel me zwak en uitgehongerd.
Ik hoef alleen maar brood en vlees te eten.,
maar ik heb tenminste dit broodje meegenomen.-
Ik ben gestrand in een grot met de Zubats hier.,
en ze worden behoorlijk vervelend!
Want ze namen mijn broodje en mijn kaart.,
waarvan ze schijnen te genieten…
Nu kan ik niet vooruit en ik kan niet terug;
al die vleermuizen maken dat ik wil schreeuwen!
Maar ik heb nog steeds de sleutel die me verdedigt.:
het is een fles afweermiddel.-
Nu ren ik door een grot van een Zubat pack.,
en ik kan niet zien waar ik heen ga!
En die Zubats probeerden mijn hoed te stelen.,
maar ik ben niet van plan om te vertragen!
En ik heb mezelf gekwetst omdat ik zo in de war ben.,
nu doet m ' n voorhoofd zeer.
In de hoek van mijn oog, zie ik een enge schaduwman, dus dan huil ik uit,
"KOM ME ALSJEBLIEFT REDDEN!»
Ik geef niet meer om mijn Gyarados.,
want Ik vlucht voor Zubatman.,
En zijn squadron vleermuizen met kaarten en hoeden,
en ik piep als een dikke man.
Deze hele grot is vol met dood en deze demonengebroed zijn de ergste dingen op de planeet!
En aan iedereen die van Zubats hield.…
Je kunt de maan oppeppen.
