Is that what SLAM DANCING is all about?

Is dit punk rock? Ik zeg ja.
In een wereld zo blind is het een tragische puinhoop.
Elke dag uitgebuit op M. T. V.
Maar als je denkt dat dat waar is, kun je het niet zien.

Begrijp me niet verkeerd, want Ik hou van je stijl.
Je gloednieuwe kapsels maken me gek.
Maar over een week of twee, zal het oud nieuws zijn.
Met zoveel mode is het moeilijk om te kiezen.
Dus open je ogen, want het is tijd voor verandering.
En ik weet dat die term zo vreemd klinkt.
Omdat het snel is, is het nog geen PUNK.

Alle punks roepen van kust tot kust,
we nemen onze scène terug.
We zijn veel te lang stil geweest.,
