It too at times is obscured by the thick blue veil of night

And so it is that we are good
Though we do not always do as we should

Vroeg in de ochtend, opkomend met de zon
Rust waar de hemel de aarde ontmoet
De eerste zonnestralen voelen die in mijn ziel reiken
Waar ze het gevoel van eigenwaarde herstellen.
Als je niet goed bent, ben je slecht.
Dat is veel te Zwart-wit.
Aanschouw de glorieuze zon in al haar schittering helder
Het is soms ook verduisterd door de dikke blauwe sluier van de nacht
Nog steeds combineren de maan en alle sterren om het licht weer te geven.
En zo is het dat we goed zijn
Hoewel we niet altijd doen wat we zouden moeten doen
We verliezen goed en fout uit het oog.
En we staan niet altijd sterk
Maar wil je het nog steeds niet geloven?
In dingen die ogen niet waarnemen
Zoals ons licht van binnenuit schijnt
Dat in een strijd met onze duisternis kan winnen
De poorten van de hemel openen zich voor mij als mijn hart vleugels en vliegen krijgt
Alles is glashelder.
Zelfs de onzekerheid neemt af.
Ze zeggen dat de tijd zal komen dat we herboren worden.
In de nieuwe eenheid die verscheurd is
In de dualiteit, in het is wij tegen hen.
Het is uit angst dat al onze conflicten ontstaan.
We zijn er bijna, maar nog niet.
Voor het stuk dat we kunnen uitvoeren volgens ons contract
Dat wij samen mogen zijn, met iedereen in ons huis hoog.
Om wakker te worden uit onze diepe en lange, ongestoorde, maar nauwelijks vredige slaap.
Als kijken is om de genade te kennen, die je geeft
(Zij zijn) degenen die jullie als een vriendelijke, liefdevolle blik werpen.
Dan is kijken om iedereen zo goed mogelijk te zien.
