him in sand and hold him to the land.
so, time has left him so unsure and now «she"senses it and marches to the shore.
and he knows what she’s come for
he looks at himself and sees two shining golden wings and he looks to the sky
and vows,
«before i grow too old i’m gonna prove my worth in gold…
i have walked the ground on my two feet, reluctantly, cuz' they said to me,
'you can’t fly golden wing'
so, i’m prepared to show what i’ve come to know, so look out below,
cuz' tonight i’m gonna fly these golden wings»
now he knows his flight will be the first and the last of the flights they’ll
see cuz' he knows there’s a place for him where gold colors everything.
and so they all form a crowd, they’re gathering round with their warnings and
their doubts that ideas of this kind are sound, should they ever leave the
ground.

Vanaf de tijd dat ze hem golden wing noemden hoorde hij de wens van de oceanen om te begraven.
hij in het zand en houd hem vast aan het land.
de tijd heeft hem zo onzeker gemaakt en nu voelt "zij"het en marcheert naar de kust.
en hij weet waar ze voor gekomen is.
hij kijkt naar zichzelf en ziet twee glimmende gouden vleugels en hij kijkt naar de hemel
en geloften,
"voordat ik te oud word ga ik mijn waarde bewijzen in goud…
ik heb met tegenzin op de grond gelopen, want ze zeiden tegen me:,
'je kunt niet vliegen gouden vleugel'
dus, ik ben bereid om te laten zien wat ik heb geleerd, dus kijk uit hieronder,
want vanavond vlieg ik met deze gouden vleugels»
nu weet hij dat zijn vlucht de eerste en laatste vlucht zal zijn.
want hij weet dat er een plek voor hem is waar goud alles kleurt.
en dus vormen ze allemaal een menigte, ze verzamelen zich rond met hun waarschuwingen en
zij betwijfelen of dit soort ideeën goed zijn, mocht zij ooit de
grond.
"ik heb met tegenzin op de grond gelopen, omdat je tegen me zei,
je kunt niet met gouden vleugel vliegen.'
dus ik ben bereid om te laten zien wat ik heb geleerd, dus kijk uit hieronder,
want vanavond vlieg ik met deze gouden vleugels.
ik denk dat het tijd is om afscheid te nemen terwijl ik van het zeil ben de grote blauwe hemel
en met ruimte toegestaan voor slechts 2 dingen, mijn waardigheid en trots breng ik
ik hoop dat nu je les geleerd is en je te maken hebt met de schuld die je hebt.
