Herewith we request you to remove any lyrics of the band Gorgoroth from your
systems immediately, but not later than 18th Feb 2004.
Please be aware that we will undertake any necessary steps (even legal steps)
to enforce this.
This is nothing against you and your business or dedication, but you will
understand that we as music publisher of the band will have to enforce the
copyright as desired by the songwriters.
Since you did not license the lyrics you violate international copyright laws
and conventions.

houd er rekening mee dat ik schrijf namens profeties Publishing (PP) en als hun business manager. PP is de officiële muziekuitgeverij van de band
Grogoroth.
De band heeft ons gevraagd om te zorgen voor een verwijdering van hun teksten uit uw
site.
Hierbij verzoeken wij u alle teksten van de band Gorgoroth uit uw
systemen onmiddellijk, maar niet later dan 18 februari 2004.
Wees ervan bewust dat we alle noodzakelijke stappen zullen ondernemen (zelfs juridische stappen)
om dit af te dwingen.
Dit is niets tegen u en uw bedrijf of toewijding, maar u zult
begrijp dat wij als muziekuitgever van de band zullen moeten afdwingen van de
copyright zoals gewenst door de songwriters.
Omdat je geen licentie hebt gegeven voor de teksten, overtreed je internationale copyright wetten.
