Lord you said in Your word that while we were yet sinners, You came and You
died for us.
You didn’t wait for any of us to get our act cleaned up.
For You were the cleaning up of our act.
So that’s why I say to You now, just as I am.
Without any excuses, no deals, no pleas, wholly on your merits alone because
your blood was she’d for me. And the spirit of God is drawing, bidding me.
O Lamb, not just the sacrificial lamb that would cover, but the one from God
who takes sin away.

Net als ik, witout een pleidooi
Maar dat uw bloed voor mij was.,
En dat Gij mij gebiedt, tot u te komen.,
O Lam van God, Ik kom, ik kom
Gesproken:
Heer, U zei in uw woord dat terwijl wij nog zondaars waren, u kwam en u
stierf voor ons.
Je hebt niet op ons gewacht.
Want jij was de schoonmaak van onze act.
Dus daarom zeg ik nu tegen je, net zoals ik ben.
Zonder excuses, geen deals, geen smeekbeden, geheel op uw merites alleen omdat
jouw bloed was voor mij. En de geest van God tekent, gebiedt mij.
O Lam, niet alleen het offerlam dat zou bedekken, maar de ene van God
die de zonde wegneemt.
Lammetje, ik kom zoals ik ben.
