Long ago, before the Third Great Cataclysm reshaped the face of creation,
one nation rose above all others in the antediluvian world… Atlantis.
Hear the call Atlanteans, proud we stand forever,
Mightiest of warriors, we sail across the sea.
Conquering the ancient world, a legacy eternal,
Raise the arcane sigil high, steel and sorcery!
Blessed with immortality, dreaming spires of majesty, glory crowns our destiny!
Your realm is lost… it shall be devoured by the sea!
And so it was written in the stars, astride the world would stand the children
of Atlantis!
And yet disturbingly, another voice, a wholly darker and more malevolent
presence, can be perceived lurking within the ancient body of the inscriptions,
an ominous tone which prophesizes doom and ruination for the Atlantean realm,
speaking of a disastrous cataclysm foretold in the stars when the sun would
burn black and the agents of some unfathomable evil would besiege Atlantis,
ultimately compelling the seas to rise and devour the continent, leaving no trace of the glory which once was. These passages seem to have been
deliberately obscured, and this fact combined with the passage of countless
aeons and the embrace of the eternally shifting sands lamentably prevents me from translating the inscriptions on the fragment any further.

Lang geleden, voor de derde grote ramp, veranderde het gezicht van de schepping.,
Eén natie stond boven alle anderen in de antediluaanse wereld, Atlantis.
Hoor de roep Atlantiërs, trots we staan voor altijd,
De machtigste krijgers, we varen over de zee.
De oude wereld veroveren, een eeuwige erfenis,
Hef de arcane sigil hoog, staal en tovenarij!
Gezegend met onsterfelijkheid, dromen van majesteit, glorie bekroont ons lot!
Jullie rijk is verloren... het zal worden verslonden door de zee!
En zo stond het in de sterren geschreven, de kinderen zouden op de wereld staan
van Atlantis!
En toch verontrustend, een andere stem, een geheel donkerder en kwaadaardiger
aanwezigheid, kan worden waargenomen op de loer in het oude lichaam van de inscripties,
een onheilspellende toon die onheil en verwoesting voorspelt voor het Atlantisch rijk.,
sprekend over een catastrofale catastrofe voorspeld in de sterren wanneer de zon
verbrand Zwart en de agenten van een ondoorgrondelijk kwaad zouden Atlantis belegeren.,
uiteindelijk de zeeën dwingen om op te stijgen en het continent te verslinden, en geen spoor achterlaten van de glorie die ooit was. Deze passages lijken
dit feit in combinatie met de passage van ontelbare
aeonen en de omarming van het eeuwig verschuivende zand weerhoudt me jammerlijk om de inscripties op het fragment verder te vertalen.
